N’veigh was in the duo The Anvils with Macbeth in the Hype Sessions Mixtape series, this MC laces punch lines with such effortlessness it's like second nature to him. Gritty, honest, real, no sugar coating are some of the phrases that come to mind when describing his style.
N’veigh is derived from the word In-veigh which means to verbally attack someone, he got it in high school while he was still searching for intricate names in the dictionary, so it stuck since then. Oreabetswe, his real name, means “you are welcome” a name given to him by his late grandmother.
The making of his album 7.30 has been the most enjoyable yet worst experience he's ever been through. He quotes "Making the music was the most enjoyable thing ever, as I got to work with numerous talent, some of them were people I’ve idolised since I started rapping. I even got to meet new people (corporate & street hustlers)…the worst parts were losing the initial album recordings when the PC crashed, because we didn’t back up the recorded files. Next was losing my granmom, also lost someone dear to my heart (thoriso) & a childhood friend Given. I was involved in 2 car accidents which 1 of them was fatal. All these experiences have made me a better man".
